Lee Conway possesses extensive experience in sales management and strategic development. Currently serving as Head of Sales at Barber DTS since October 2014, Lee has focused on driving European growth and implementing commercial strategies aligned with EBITDA objectives. Additionally, as Global Head of Sales for Nouveau HD Beauty Group since January 2022, Lee oversees the sales strategy for various brands, including HD Brows and Nouveau Lashes.
