Denalee D. McDonald

Denalee D. McDonald has extensive work experience in the legal field. Denalee D. began their career as an intern at DiMento and Sullivan Law Offices in 2010. In 2012, they worked as a research assistant at the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law, where they investigated charter school laws and monitored changing laws and political developments. Denalee D. also served as a student attorney at the Maryland Juvenile Law Legislative Advocacy Clinic, representing clients with disabilities and teaching a law class at a Baltimore high school.

In 2013, Denalee interned at the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit and volunteered at the Mississippi Center for Justice during winter breaks. Denalee D. conducted research on the Child and Adult Care Food Program and assisted eligible community members with filing for a class action settlement.

Denalee furthered their legal career by working as a law clerk at the Supreme Court of Rhode Island from 2014 to 2015, and as a law clerk for the Rhode Island Supreme Court from 2015 to 2016. Denalee D. then joined Adler Cohen Harvey Wakeman & Guekguezian, LLP as an associate from 2016 to 2017. Currently, Denalee is employed at BARBRI Global, where they initially served as the Director of Legal Education and later became the Senior Director of Legal Education in 2023.

Denalee D. McDonald completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Sociology and Political Science from Boston University from 2006 to 2010. Following this, they pursued a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law, attending from 2011 to 2014.
