Stephen Fredette

Stephen Fredette is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the education and technology sectors. As the Chief Executive Officer of BARBRI, Inc. since May 2011, Stephen leads the global leader in technology-enabled legal education, offering a comprehensive suite of learning solutions tailored for higher education institutions and law-related businesses. In addition to this role, Stephen serves as a Strategic Advisor at CeriFi, a leading financial services education company, and has held key positions such as Operating Partner at Leeds Equity Partners and CEO of Assessment Technologies Institute LLC. Previous roles include Executive Vice President at Kaplan Financial and President at Kaplan Professional, where Stephen drove the integration of acquisitions and delivered educational services to major financial institutions and law firms. Stephen began a career in technology and systems integration with leadership positions at Syska Hennessy Group, RR Donnelley, and Datability Software, following a BS degree in Finance from Siena College.
