Connor Dougherty

Connor Dougherty possesses a strong background in hospitality and residential services, currently serving as the Assistant Director of Residential Services at Barbuda Ocean Club since April 2022, after holding positions as Residential Services Manager and Food and Beverage Manager within the same organization. Prior to this, Connor worked at Effortless Rental Group as Director of Client Relations and Client Onboarding Specialist from April 2019 to March 2022. Experience also includes serving as Food & Beverage Manager at Boulder Country Club from February 2017 to April 2019, as well as internships focused on property management and residential experience at Yellowstone Club in late 2015 and early 2016. Connor holds a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Northern Arizona University, having graduated in 2016.
