David Tisner

David Tisner is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the sports and marketing industries. Currently serving as an Advisor to the Board at Barca Residency Academy since May 2017, Tisner has been instrumental in strategic planning, marketing, and player training rights following the establishment of the first Barça Residential Academy outside Barcelona. As the Co-founder and CEO of Katapult Sports, launched in 2012, Tisner has successfully navigated challenges to create a leading marketing agency in football, gaming, and content creation across Spain and Latin America. Additionally, Tisner co-founded the Virtual Football Organization in 2016, facilitating an innovative online football league experience. Previous roles include Accounting and Finance Manager at Grenergy Renovables, where Tisner contributed to significant growth during the company’s startup phase, and various positions focused on finance and accounting. David Tisner holds multiple degrees, including a Master in Sports Management from IE Business School and an MBA from Oxford Brookes University.
