Cambria Happ

Cambria Happ, MPA, CAE, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in association management and leadership roles. Currently serving as President of Barcami Lane, Inc. since April 2022, Cambria oversees a range of services for nonprofit associations. Prior experience includes Executive Director at McKenna Management, where responsibilities included governance and policy support, and Business Operations Manager at the New England Interstate Water Pollution Control Commission, focusing on operational improvements. Cambria held multiple positions at George Washington University, including Executive Director of the GW School of Business Masters Programs, managing a diverse range of academic programs. Additional roles include Director of Operations at the National Contract Management Association and various positions in sales and operations earlier in the career. Educational credentials include a Master’s Degree in Public Administration and a Graduate Certificate in Non-Profit Management from The George Washington University, along with a Bachelor of Science in Geography from The University of New Mexico.
