Kevin Gartside

Kevin Gartside is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in military and veterans outreach, currently serving as the Head of Military & Veterans Outreach at Barclays since May 2012. Gartside spearheaded the creation of a transatlantic veterans outreach program and designed a commercially-focused vision for Armed Forces Banking. Key accomplishments include scaling the Veterans' Employment Support (VETS) initiative, managing the acclaimed AFTER Programme for service leavers, and leading efforts that garnered the UK Government’s Employer Recognition Service Gold Award. Prior to Barclays, Gartside served in various operational and project management roles within the British Army, demonstrating exceptional leadership and strategic planning skills. Gartside's educational background includes a BA(Hons) in Human Resource Management & Sports Studies from the University of Stirling.
