Lisa Hayes

Lisa Hayes is an accomplished HR leader with over 15 years of experience at Barclays, where currently serves as the Global Head of People Advisory, overseeing approximately 200 colleagues and managing a £19m budget for complex advisory and delivery services. Previous roles include leading global service strategy and transformation efforts, as well as heading change and transformation for the COO functions. Prior to Barclays, Lisa held significant leadership positions at Customer Value Group, Rubik Financial Limited, Citi, and GE Money, developing extensive expertise in operations, programme management, and consultancy across various industries. Lisa holds a degree in Business, Finance, and Banking from Queensland University of Technology.
