Mike Brown

Mike Brown is a seasoned design leader with extensive experience in driving impactful user experiences across various industries. Currently serving as Head of Design at Barclays since February 2024, Mike also contributes as a member of the Design Leadership Forum at InVision. Previously, Mike held the role of Head of Design at reed.co.uk, overseeing design for B2C and B2B teams, and served as Design Director for Eurosport at Discovery Inc., where significant platform integrations were achieved. With a strong background in user experience, Mike has led large teams at BT, redesigned interfaces for Sky, and managed design outputs for multiple financial institutions during the early stages of the career. Mike holds a Bachelor's degree in Media & Communications from UNSW and has completed a User Experience Design program at General Assembly Australia.
