Nnamdi Ezulike

Nnamdi Ezulike currently serves as the Head of Executive Talent Acquisition for the COO (Technology) at Barclays since August 2017. Prior to this role, Nnamdi spent over seven years at Tullett Prebon as an FX Options Emerging Markets Broker, where significant contributions included building a market-leading FX Options Exotics desk. Nnamdi's career also includes positions at BGC Partners, where promotion occurred within six months, leading efforts in establishing the first specialist Exotics Broking Desk for the CEMEA market. Nnamdi's background includes notable achievements in rugby, having played for teams such as Leicester Tigers, London Irish, Worcester Rugby Club, and representing England A in the 6 Nations Rugby Championship. Academically, Nnamdi holds a Bachelor's degree in Politics from Loughborough Business School, which was completed in 1998.
