Kyle Henning has extensive experience in various leadership roles in marketing and business development. Kyle served as the Vice President, General Manager, and Senior Business Leader at Barcodes, Inc., overseeing new category expansion initiatives and product management. Prior to that, they were the Senior Vice President of Marketing at Plasco ID, where they led the marketing function and contributed to the company's growth as the largest identification solutions provider worldwide. Kyle also served as the Director of Global Marketing at Tennant Company, leading strategic marketing, demand generation, and new product launches. Before that, they held marketing and brand management positions at The Toro Company and 3M, where they played a key role in driving business growth and brand re-launch efforts. In the early years of their career, Kyle worked as a Production Supervisor and Manufacturing Engineer at The HON Company, focusing on lean process improvement.

Kyle Henning completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from Kettering University from 1989 to 1994. Later, from 1996 to 1998, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Harvard Business School.
