Nathan Allen

Nathan Allen possesses extensive experience in both the healthcare and construction industries. As a Plant Manager Delivery Professional and Plant Manager at BARD Materials since April 2022, Nathan oversees operations related to concrete and aggregate products. Concurrently, Nathan serves as a Paramedic at MercyOne Elkader Hospital and has been involved with Lancaster EMS since October 2020, providing critical care as needed. Nathan's prior experience includes a role as a Paramedic with Tri-State Ambulance from April 2012 to January 2021, where certification in paramedicine was obtained. Nathan holds an Associate of Science degree in Emergency Medical Technology from Western Technical College and another in Criminal Justice from Southwest Wisconsin Technical College, alongside ongoing education in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management with the National Ready Mixed Concrete Association through December 2028.
