Chrl Michelle Garrard

Michelle Garrard, CHRL, has served as the Human Resources Manager at Bardon Supplies Limited since August 2017. Prior to this role, Michelle held the position of HR Coordinator and WCM People Development Pillar Lead at CpK Interior Products Inc. from 2010 to July 2017. Michelle's career began at Belden Inc., where the role of Human Resources Coordinator was held from 2002 to 2010. Educationally, Michelle obtained an Hons Bachelor of Arts in Communications Studies with a concentration in Social Policy from Brock University and a Post-Diploma in Human Resources Management from Durham College.
