Vickie Seltenreich is a seasoned professional in food safety and quality assurance, currently serving as the Director of Food Safety and Quality Assurance for National Steak & Poultry since May 2022, overseeing operations for multiple manufacturing facilities. Vickie has held various key positions, including Regional Food Safety Manager at Bar-S Foods Co., Quality Assurance Manager at both OK Foods Inc. and Farmasi, and FSQA Superintendent at Lopez Foods. With significant expertise developed as Sr. Director of FS/QA at Somma Foods, Vickie managed comprehensive food safety and quality assurance programs, ensuring compliance and improvement processes across supply chains. In addition to corporate roles, Vickie is an Independent Affiliate for barefut Essential Oils, passionately promoting the natural lifestyle. Vickie holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Oklahoma Wesleyan University, along with further education in food processing and banking.
