Hakan Polat

Hakan Polat has extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Hakan is currently working as a Regional Sales Director for Barentz. Prior to this, they held various roles at IMCD Group, including Business Unit Manager for Pharmaceuticals, Beauty & Personal Care, Home Care, and I&I.

Hakan has also worked as an International Product Manager within IMCD's Pharma Business Group, responsible for managing and coordinating roles in the European and EMEA regions. Hakan has experience in sales, stock and receivables management, as well as leading teams and developing business strategies.

Before joining IMCD, Hakan worked as a Sales Representative at Pluton Energy Systems, specializing in battery maintenance equipment for various industries.

Hakan Polat has completed a course in Principles of Biomanufacturing at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Hakan has also earned a degree in Pharmacology from Harvard Medical School. In addition, Hakan has pursued higher education at Istanbul University, where they obtained a master's degree in Marketing and a bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
