Ward Selles

Ward Selles has extensive experience working in various roles in the information technology field. Ward is currently employed as the Chief Information Officer (CIO) at Barentz, a position they started in February 2022. Before joining Barentz, Ward worked as a Vasco Consultant at Vasco Consult starting in October 2017. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Program & Product Implementation at VodafoneZiggo from January 2017 to September 2017. Ward has also held positions such as IT Director at Ziggo B.V. from January 2015 to January 2017, IT Director/Director Solutions Delivery at UPC Nederland from December 2013 to December 2014, Director of Projects at UPC Nederland from November 2010 to November 2013, Manager of Programs & Planning at UPC Nederland from May 2008 to October 2010, and Program Manager IT at UPC Nederland from November 2006 to April 2008. Ward started their career as a Manager of Production at Intronet Webdesign in 2005 and subsequently worked as a Service Manager at BT Global Services from 2002 to 2005. Ward began their professional journey as an Internet Project Manager at Heineken International in 1999.

Ward Selles attended Eindhoven University of Technology from 1992 to 1999, earning a degree of "ir." in Technische Bedrijfskunde. In 1995, they briefly studied at Washington University in St. Louis, focusing on Business Administration and Engineering Management. Prior to that, in 1991 and 1992, they studied Econometrie at Erasmus University Rotterdam. Ward'seducation began at Stedelijk Gymnasium Breda, where they attended from 1985 to 1991.
