Kathryn Withers

Kathryn Withers, AICP, NCI, serves as the Planning Manager at Barge Design Solutions, Inc. since April 2017, contributing to the firm's mission of enhancing client and community life through professional services. Prior experience includes a role as Manager of Community Planning and Design and Design Studio Planner at the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County from March 2002 to March 2017, and planning positions at Looney Ricks Kiss, the City of Franklin, TN, and the County of Greenville. Kathryn holds a Master of City and Regional Planning from Clemson University and a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, complemented by leadership training from the Barge Leadership Institute.
