Matt Williams, P.E. is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in project management within the transportation sector. Currently serving as Senior Project Manager at Barge Design Solutions since July 2023, Matt previously held the position of Senior Associate in Transportation Services at Gresham Smith for over 13 years. Prior roles include Project Manager at Sain Associates and Project Engineer/Project Manager at Neel-Schaffer, Inc. Matt's academic foundation in civil engineering was established at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, where a Bachelor of Science degree was earned from 1990 to 1996.
