Mwamba Kasanda

Mwamba Kasanda has extensive experience in corporate communications, marketing, and external communications. They currently work at Barings as the Global Head of Corporate Communications. Prior to that, they held the role of Global Head of Client Communications at Barings. Before joining Barings, Mwamba worked at Korn Ferry as the Senior Director of Global Marketing Programs and the Global Head of External Communications. They also served as the Head of Pacific Marketing at Korn Ferry. Earlier in their career, Mwamba worked at Hay Group as the Private Sector Marketing & Communications Manager.

Mwamba Kasanda has a BA Hons. Degree in Business Administration and Management with French Language and Literature from Oxford Brookes University. Additionally, they obtained a CIM Professional Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK) in 2007.
