Steve Jarvis

Steve Jarvis has over two decades of experience in the financial industry. Steve started their career at Fleet National Bank, where they worked as a Vice President for ten years. In 2004, they joined Barings as a Managing Director in Global Private Finance. In this role, they were responsible for originating, negotiating, and closing debt and equity co-investment opportunities for buyout transactions in the North American middle market. Steve provided financing solutions including senior debt, unitranche, second lien, mezzanine, and equity. Steve'swork experience demonstrates their expertise in financial analysis and deal structuring.

Steve Jarvis earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics from the University of Massachusetts Amherst from 1987 to 1991. Steve later pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst, completing it from 2002 to 2006.
