Ian McNaughton/Barita

Ian McNaughton has a wealth of work experience in various leadership and management roles. Ian began their career in 1990 as the Finance Director and Company Secretary at Goodyear Jamaica Limited, where they remained until 2006. Ian then joined Berger Paints Jamaica Limited as the Financial Controller and Company Secretary from 2006 to 2008. McNaughton's most recent and current position is as the Managing Director of Barita Investments Limited, a role they have held since 2013. Prior to this, they served as the General Manager and Company Secretary at Barita from 2009 to 2013. Ian also held the position of Chief Operating Officer and Company Secretary at Barita from 2008 to 2010.

Ian McNaughton/Barita attended the University of The West Indies, Mona from 1977 to 1980, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Management Studies. Ian later pursued further education at Nova SouthEastern University from 1993 to 1995, graduating with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance.
