Allison Koehler

Allison Koehler is the General Counsel and Secretary at BARK since December 2021. Prior to that, Allison held positions at The RealReal, AppLovin, and eBay, where Allison was involved in corporate, securities, and global M&A matters. Allison also has experience as a Legal Counsel at Axiom and Counsel at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer. Allison holds a JD from the University of California, Davis, an MS from The London School of Economics and Political Science, and a BS from the University of Southern California.
