Christina Donnelly has a long and varied work experience. Christina started in 2007 as a CDL Driver, Dispatcher & Charter Specialist for University of Maryland, Shuttle-UM, where they managed a 24-hour transit system, trained charter staff, and supervised a fleet of over 120 drivers and 60 vehicles. Christina also earned a Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and drove commercial buses for university charters. In 2010, they became a Law Clerk for the Maryland Office of the Attorney General, conducting legal research and drafting litigation documents to assist attorneys in advising state clients. In 2011, they were a Judicial Intern and Foreign Corrupt Practices Act Extern for the U.S. Department of Justice, providing litigation support and research assistance in policy development for the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA). In 2012, they were a Resettlement Unit Fellow for UNHCR, providing resettlement counseling for individual queries. In 2013, they were an Immigration Unit Fellow for Catholic Migration Services and an Adjunct Professor of Law for International University of Central Asia. In 2014, they joined BARK as the Chief Of Staff & Deputy General Counsel, and later became Chief People Officer (Interim), Vice President, Head of People, and Director, Organizational Development. In 2020, they joined The Circle by Founders Circle Capital as CHRO|Circle Member.

Christina Donnelly obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government and Politics from the University of Maryland between 2005 and 2009. Christina then attended Georgetown University Law Center, where they earned a Juris Doctor in 2012 and a Master of Laws in 2012, both with a Certificate in Refugee and Humanitarian Emergencies. Additionally, they obtained a Certificate in International Human Rights Law. In July 2022, Christina Donnelly became a Founding Community Member of LifeLabs Learning, and they were also admitted to the New York State Bar, Second Department.
