Jasmine Gutierrez is a dedicated professional with experience in People Operations, currently serving as a People Operations Associate and previously as a People Operations Coordinator at Barkbus since September 2021. In these roles, Jasmine is responsible for full-lifecycle recruiting, HR administration, and enhancing company policies through the creation of Standard Operating Procedures. Jasmine effectively utilizes recruiting platforms to attract high-quality talent across various business verticals and manages HR tasks such as payroll, employee file retention, and benefit enrollments. Prior to Barkbus, Jasmine held the position of Lead at the Boys & Girls Club, supervising a team and ensuring compliance with health and safety policies during the COVID-19 pandemic.
