Kate Moore (she/her)

Kate Moore has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Kate started their career as a Human Resources Coordinator at Isle of Capri Casinos in February 2016 and worked there until December 2016. In February 2017, they joined Target as an Executive Team Leader - Human Resources, where they managed various HR functions including staffing, training, development, scheduling, benefits administration, employee relations, and store culture reviews. Kate left Target in October 2017 and joined Barkley as a Recruiter. Over the years, they progressed to the role of Senior Recruiter and is currently serving as the Associate Director of Recruiting at Barkley since January 2022.

Kate Moore (she/her) attended the University of Missouri-Columbia from 2012 to 2016, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Sociology. In November 2020, they obtained a certification as a Certified Diversity and Inclusion Recruiter from AIRS powered by ADP.
