Janibyek Tukhuun

Janibyek Tukhuun serves as the Director of Support Services at Barloworld Mongolia since 2011, overseeing departments including HR, Safety, Health, Environment, Security, and Fleet Services. With a robust background in health and safety, Janibyek successfully developed a safe work culture within the organization, overcoming challenges faced by previous expat directors. Prior experience includes roles as HSE Coordinator and Supervisor, highlighting a strong commitment to workplace safety with minimal injury records. Janibyek holds multiple degrees and certifications, including a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management and a Black Belt in Six Sigma Continuous Improvement, complemented by extensive training in HSE practices and auditing.
