Martin Gratzfeld

Martin Gratzfeld, CAIA, is an experienced portfolio manager specializing in alternative investments, including private equity, portfolio debt, and infrastructure. Currently serving as a Portfolio Manager at Barmenia Versicherungen since January 2023, Martin has previously held similar roles at Nordrheinische Ärzteversorgung, focusing on infrastructure and real estate, and at Gothaer Asset Management in fund controlling for private equity and real estate. Martin began the professional journey at Gothaer, working as a praktikant in underwriting financial lines and later as a werkstudent. Academically, Martin holds a Master's degree in Financial Management from CBS International Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Banking and Finance from Cologne University of Applied Sciences.
