Ian Haynes Major

Ian Haynes Major has extensive experience in financial services and consulting, currently serving as Chairman at Barn Theatre since October 2017. Prior to this role, Ian held interim management positions at SVS CHANGE LIMITED from June 2002 to June 2018, focusing on programme and project management in banking and insurance. Ian also served as Managing Director of Consulting at Axiom Consulting Limited between June 2007 and 2009, leading specialist consulting in APH and claims management. Earlier in their career, Ian was the Head of Consulting for Financial Services at IBM from 1995 to 2002, and held positions at Midland Montagu as Financial Engineering Director and Courtaulds plc as Assistant Group Treasurer. Ian's academic background includes a degree in Economics from the University of Bristol, completed in 1973.
