Aleli H. has over 20 years of work experience, beginning in 1999 as a Quality Specialist at San Technology Inc. Aleli then moved to TeleTech Philippines in 2006 as a Technical Support before joining APAC Customer Service Inc. in 2008 as a Senior Subject Matter Expert. In 2009, they became a Senior Team Manager at CSS Corp and in 2011 they were a LEVEL II Support at Stream Global Services. In 2013, they became an English Online Tutor at 51Talk and most recently in 2016, they were a Customer Service Representative at Barnana.
Aleli H. graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Communication and Media Studies from the Lyceum of the Philippines University in 1999. Aleli also attended Our Lady of Caysasay Academy. In 2020, Aleli obtained a TESOL certification from the International Open Academy and in 2014 they obtained a Certificate of Completion of the 51Talk Teacher Academy.
