Joe Granquist

Joe Granquist has worked for Barnard Pipeline, Inc. since 2015 as a Project Manager / Estimator. Prior to that, they worked for Barnard Construction starting in 2003. At Barnard Construction, Joe held various roles including Project Manager and Project Engineer. As a Project Manager, they were responsible for both construction and estimating efforts, overseeing quality control, purchasing, scheduling, manpower and equipment management, subcontract administration, and contract negotiations. When not assigned to a project, Joe led an Estimating Team at the Home Office in preparing bids for a wide range of projects.

Joe Granquist attended the University of Washington from 2000 to 2003 and earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Construction Management. In 2015, they obtained a certification as a Veriforce Certified Operator Qualification Evaluator from Veriforce, LLC.
