Koehler Anderson has led some of Barnard’s largest heavy civil projects in the last decade. His expertise includes the construction of large-scale dams, including roller-compacted concrete and zoned earthen dams. Most recently, Koehler moved to the Chimney Hollow Reservoir Project in Northern Colorado, where his team is constructing the largest asphalt core dam in the United States. Over the years, his projects have earned Global Best Project and Safety Excellence awards.
He holds a B.S. in Mining Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines.
