Maddie Damp

Maddie Damp has a diverse work experience in the construction industry. Maddie started their career at MMM Group as a Summer Student in 2013. In 2014, they worked as a Field Engineering Assistant at EllisDon. The following year, they joined Aecon Group Inc. as an Assistant Project Coordinator from May to August. Maddie then returned to EllisDon in 2016 and served as a Field Engineer until 2017. Maddie was later promoted to Assistant Superintendent in November 2018 and held the position until January 2020. In 2020, they joined Barnard Construction as a Project Engineer and later transitioned to the role of Project Controls Engineer in January 2022.

From 2012 to 2016, Maddie Damp attended Queen's University, where they earned an Engineer's Degree in Mining Engineering.
