Kate Woods has a solid background in human resources, with experience in various HR roles in different industries. Currently, Kate holds the position of Head of HR Partnering, Services & Engagement at Barnardos Australia. Kate previously worked as a People & Culture Manager at Mwave Australia and as a People & Culture Business Partner at Angus Knight Group. Kate also has experience as a Lead Business Partner in People & Culture at Disability Services Australia. Kate holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Human Resources Management and Services from the Australian Catholic University and is currently pursuing additional education in Workplace Safety through the Australian Institute of Management.
