Kim Arnold McIpd

Kim Arnold MCIPD is a seasoned professional in human resources and employee relations, currently serving as the People and Culture Manager at Barnardos Ireland since February 2023. Previous roles include Head of Employee Relations & HR Business Partnering at Rehab Group and Human Resources Manager positions at both Dublin City University and St. Patrick's College Drumcondra.
