Gary Day

Gary Day is an experienced professional in supporter care and customer service, currently serving as Head of Supporter Care at Barnardo's since November 2021. Previously, Gary held various leadership roles at MS Society from January 2015 to December 2021, including Customer Service Lead and Head of Supporter Engagement, where responsibilities included managing a large team to deliver outstanding service and improving processes related to fundraising compliance. Gary also served as Senior Supporter Services Manager at The Children's Society from July 2010 to December 2014 and as Head of Customer Care at Action for Children from May 1999 to July 2010. Throughout these roles, Gary has demonstrated exceptional skills in enhancing procedures and systems to exceed supporter expectations.
