Nicole J. Woermer

Nicole J. Woermer is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles. Currently serving as the Regional HR Manager for Connecticut OEM Operations and BA Sales at Barnes Aerospace since May 2014, Nicole has held positions including Human Resources Manager, HR Employee Relations Manager, and Human Resources Generalist within the company. Prior to this, Nicole was Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Program Assistant at the South Carolina Department of Health and Human Services from August 2008 to May 2014. Nicole holds a Master of Human Resources (MHR) from the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology from the University of Connecticut. Additionally, Nicole is certified as a PHR and SHRM-CP.
