Drew Sweeney

Drew Sweeney is a highly skilled professional with extensive experience in logistics, operations management, and supply chain analysis. Currently serving as a Master Analyst at Barnes International, Inc. since March 2013, Drew has successfully analyzed assembly and fabrication costs, performed root-cause analyses to identify logistical issues, and facilitated collaboration across multiple departments. Previously, as Production and Inventory Control Manager at Barnes, Drew implemented processes that significantly improved manufacturing efficiency and reduced costs.
