Sanjeev Thakker

Sanjeev Thakker is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software development and management roles. Currently, Sanjeev serves as the Manager of Backend Retail Applications at Barnes & Noble, Inc. since October 2023. Prior to this, Sanjeev worked at Tata Consultancy Services from May 2018 to November 2023 as a Software Development Manager, overseeing both onshore and offshore teams. Sanjeev's extensive tenure at Barnes & Noble (November 2004 - May 2018) involved managing and architecting multiple systems, notably developing applications for retail promotions and customer transaction processing. Previous roles at Tallan and CA Technologies further enriched Sanjeev's expertise in all aspects of project life cycles and software development. Sanjeev holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Computer Information Systems from Hofstra University.
