Anthony Sica

Anthony Sica has a diverse range of work experience in various roles related to information systems and ERP implementation. Anthony currently holds the position of Vice President of Information Systems at Barnet Products since March 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Information Systems at STV from November 2019 to March 2022, where they were responsible for leading the upgrade of the organization's ERP landscape and integration with Workday HRMS.

Before that, Anthony worked as a Consultant at RGP from February 2019 to September 2019, leading the implementation of global payroll and time collection systems for Morgan Stanley Financial Services. Anthony also worked as a Consultant at New York Road Runners from April 2018 to February 2019, where they led the design and configuration of NetSuite financial systems.

Earlier in their career, Anthony held roles as an ERP Financial Systems Solution Architect at ICF from December 2017 to April 2018, where they led the implementation and consolidation of Deltek Costpoint 7 accounting systems. Anthony also served as the Director of ERP Systems at Vroom from February 2017 to October 2017, leading the implementation of retail accounting-based ERP systems.

Prior to that, Anthony worked as the Director of ERP Systems Implementations at Louis Berger from October 2012 to February 2017, where they led the technical and functional design of the company's global ERP systems. Anthony started their career at Covanta Energy in 1988 and held various positions, including Director of IT.

Throughout their career, Anthony has demonstrated expertise in leading ERP implementations, system upgrades, integration projects, and developing future state processes and requirements. Anthony has also been involved in architecting and supporting infrastructure for agile development and system integration.

Anthony Sica obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Bloomfield College, where they attended from 1996 to 1999. Anthony then pursued further education and completed their Master of Business Administration in Management at the Florida Institute of Technology between 2009 and 2011.
