Raph Spinarski

Raph Spinarski is an accomplished leader in the concrete construction and equipment rental industry, currently serving as President and General Manager at Barnsco Inc. since April 2015. Under Raph's leadership, Barnsco has solidified its position as the largest independent provider of concrete construction materials in Texas. Prior experience includes roles as Regional Business Development Manager at Badger Daylighting Corp, Branch Manager at BlueLine Rental, General Manager at Sunstate Eq Co, and Senior General Manager at RSC/United Rentals, where Raph managed significant teams and drove revenue growth through strategic sales and operations management. Raph also founded RPS Remodeling Inc, achieving remarkable revenue growth within two years. Raph holds a B.S. Degree in Sociology and Business Administration from Sam Houston State University.
