Calan Rollinson's work experience begins in 2017 as a Sports Coach at Shawlands Primary School. From January 2017 to September 2018, they were responsible for coaching sports to primary school students.

Calan Rollinson completed their education at Leeds Trinity University from 2014 to 2017, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Physical Education, Sport, and Health. In addition to their degree, Calan also earned additional certifications including Level 2 from The Football Association in May 2015, UEFA B from The Football Association in June 2023, and Qualified Teaching and Learning Status from the Society for Education and Training in July 2022.
