Kathy Barnes McIpd

Kathy Barnes MCIPD is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources and organizational development. Since June 2023, Kathy has served as the Senior HR/OD Business Partner at Barnsley Council. Prior roles include HR Business Partner at the UK Home Office from July 2021 to November 2022 and various positions within South Yorkshire Police from October 2009 to March 2021, including HR Partner, HR Manager, and Senior HR Partner. Kathy also held the position of HR Manager at the University of Sheffield from September 1996 to August 2009. Kathy holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from Sheffield Hallam University and a Bachelor's Degree in Law from Northumbria University.
