Nicholas Custred

Nicholas Custred is an experienced attorney currently serving as a Briefing Attorney at Baron & Budd, P.C. since December 2019. Prior to this role, Nicholas worked as an Associate Attorney at Kizzia Johnson PLLC from October 2016 to December 2019, where responsibilities included extensive legal writing and motion practice in various law fields, as well as presenting clients and expert witnesses for deposition. Nicholas has a background in legal research and litigation preparation gained during a law clerk position at Glasheen, Valles & Inderman LLP and as a legal intern at the Tarrant County District Attorney's Office. A law graduate of Texas Tech University School of Law, Nicholas holds a Doctorate of Jurisprudence and previously earned a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of North Texas.
