Salma Fayez

Salma Fayez is an experienced professional in customer experience and contact center management. Currently serving as the Customer Experience Team Lead at barq since February 2024, Salma previously held the position of Contact Center Team Leader at stc pay from October 2019 to February 2024, where additional responsibilities included serving as a Social Media Specialist. Salma Fayez holds a Bachelor’s degree from Al-Imam Muhammad Ibn Saud Islamic University, completed between 2012 and 2017, and a Diploma in Computer Science from Shaqra University, obtained from 2009 to 2011.
