Daniel Palo, PhD, PE, P.Eng. has extensive work experience in engineering and research. Daniel started their career at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory as a Research Engineer before transitioning to the role of Senior Research Engineer. In 2011, they joined Barr Engineering as a Senior Process Consultant and later became the Vice President and Senior Process Engineer.

Daniel Palo, PhD, PE, P.Eng. received their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Minnesota Duluth, where they studied from 1990 to 1994. Daniel continued their education at the University of Connecticut, earning a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Chemical Engineering from 1995 to 1999.
