Grace Boese

Grace Boese is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at Barr Engineering Co. since April 2019, Grace operates in a consulting capacity, focusing on recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and corporate HR initiatives. Prior positions include Human Resources Generalist roles at Activar Incorporated and Logic PD, as well as various HR functions at Exosite, E.A. Sween - Deli Express, Fairview Pharmacy Services, and Noridian Administrative Services. Grace holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from Metro State University and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in the same field from Minnesota State Community and Technical College.
