Louise Heffernan

Louise Heffernan is a Water Resources Engineer currently working at Barr Engineering Co. since December 2019, focusing on stormwater management and site development design review. Prior experience includes a role at HZ United, LLC, where Louise conducted hydraulic, hydrologic, and water quality modeling for stormwater systems and developed environmental permit applications.
