Michael Latsch

Michael Latsch is a Business Intelligence Analyst at Barr Engineering Co. since August 2022, with previous experience as a CRM Analyst and Customer Insights Analyst at maurices from July 2014 to August 2022. Michael served as a Board Member for Growing Farms from January 2012 to December 2016, contributing to a nonprofit focused on agricultural business incubation, and also as a Board Member for the Lake Superior Chapter of the Sustainable Farming Association of Minnesota from January 2012 to December 2014. Prior roles include Director of Operations at Community Action Duluth, overseeing demographic and outcomes reporting, and starting the Seeds of Success urban farming program, recognized with the DNT 20 Under 40 award in 2011. Michael has a diverse background including work as a worker-owner at 3rd St. Bakery, Co-Manager at Round River Farm, and as a Community Member at Loaves & Fishes Catholic Worker. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and Anthropology from Northwestern University.
