Bonnie Schreiner

Bonnie Schreiner currently serves as the VP of Worldwide HR Systems, Analytics & Compensation at Barracuda, a position held since September 2016, where Bonnie leads a team that supports key HRIS and compensation systems while providing vital analytics to leadership and HR teams. Prior roles at Barracuda include Sr. Director and Director of Compensation and HR Analytics. Bonnie's career also includes significant experience at Fairchild from April 2012 to September 2016, where roles ranged from Senior Manager and HR Business Partner to Compensation Analyst. Educational credentials include a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Southern Maine, attained in 2013, and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics with a minor in Physics from Mount Holyoke College, completed in 2007.
