Daniel Spinner has extensive experience in product operations and customer support within the technology sector. Currently serving as Senior Manager of AWS Product Operations at Barracuda since November 2018, Daniel engineered migration orchestration tools over a 1.5-year project following Barracuda's acquisition of Sonian, where Daniel worked from June 2011 to November 2018 in Service Delivery Operations. Prior roles include Systems Engineer at Xecuritas, Product Specialist and Support Engineer at Infocrossing, Technical Support at IntelliReach Corporation, and various customer support positions at Level3 and Genuity. Daniel holds a BA in Geography, GIS, and Sociology from the University at Albany.
